Our law firm is located at 7030 woodbine Ave, suite 500, Markham, L3R 6G2. We are at the intersection of Steeles Ave. and Woodbine Ave. 

We are a full service law firm that does civil litigation, commercial litigation, mediation, other forms of dispute resolution and immigration. Our corporate and commercial department provide services in general commercial law. We serve individuals, entrepreneurs, small business owners and corporations.

You can send email to info@evremondelaw.ca or call us at 647-833-5280 during working hours to book a consultation. You can briefly leave us a short message regarding your case category. Our staff will schedule for you with our lawyer in your convenience time. 

It means hiring a lawyer to assist you with your legal matter. There are two parts to hiring a lawyer: a retainer letter and the payment of a retainer. We will start the lawyer-client relationship. It also includes how you will be charged for legal service. 

It is preferable for you to come to our office so that you can become acquainted with the staff who will be working diligently on your case. However, during the COVID time we also provide zoom meeting when it is not possible for you to come to our office for both safeties. In addition, we can facilitate business electronically to save you time and money.

As the client, you will decide the general direction of your matter. We will usually make a recommendation, but the final decision will be yours. We cannot accept instructions that are in conflict with our duties. The Code of Conduct of the Law Society of Ontario sets out the standards we as lawyers are to meet.

Our lawyers communicate by email, phone-call and meet in person. During the Corvid-19 period, zoom meeting is also our way to communicate with our clients. We try to reply our clients within one-two business days, where applicable. We ask that our clients also respond to our emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. Without your confirmation we are unable to continue to provide legal services on your behalf.

We are committed to providing you with the most cost-effective legal representation. We can arrange hourly, contingency, and flat fee agreements.

Lawyers’ fees are mostly based on experience and time spent to resolve your matter. There are also other factors that come into play, such as the importance of issues, the amount involved, the complexity of the proceeding, and the results achieved.
